Q. Will you photograph everyone at the show?

A. We will not attempt to photograph everyone. We will give priority to those who sign up and purchase one of the photo or session packages. Sign-ups are on a first-come-first- served basis. Larger shows do book up fast, so please sign up early to avoid disappointment.

Q. I signed up to be photographed by you. Will you photograph ALL my rides?

A. We will probably not be able to photograph all of your rides. We will try to get as many of them as we can, but we can only guarantee one ride in order to get everyone on the schedule. We do guarantee all of our work. If you are not happy with your photos, we will refund your payment; less the session fee.

Q. What is the normal turnaround time?

A. The normal turnaround time on photos is two weeks. If you need a photo for a magazine article or a special occasion and cannot wait that two-week period, please let me know. I will do everything I can to accommodate your request.

Q. Do you offer multi-horse discounts?

A. Absolutely! If you would like to get together with the folks in your barn and take advantage of these discounts or you are a trainer that is riding multiple horses, please contact me directly [email protected] to take advantage of these special price breaks – as much as 20% off! Pre-ordering is required for this service.
